My toddler spilled almost an entire bottle of chocolate milk (somehow his car seat did not get any on it). We cleaned it up, used baking soda, vinegar & water mixture and nothing worked. Texas heat doesn't help with rotten milk so you can imagine how disgusting my car smelled. Timothy was super responsive and explained the process of how to get it cleaned up. No harsh chemicals and there were no hidden fees or last minute charges which this mama appreciated. He was super professional and stayed late so I can have my car back. The drive was not ideal but so worth it because my car smells great now and looks clean (picture doesn't do it just but the floors look amazing- very much like when we bought it). Highly recommend him for odor removal and/or detailing! I will definitely have him do my paint so the small scratches are not noticeable anymore. Super thankful I found EcoPal! I have a Black Corvette that started to show a lot of swirls and scratches and a friend of mine told me to try a ceramic coating. After doing some research and reading lots of reviews I found a shop and Lewisville, Tx called EcoPal Mobile Detail. Don't let the name throw you off The shop is absolutely luxury and beautiful. I talked to the manager and purchase the 5-year package that comes with paint polishing and scratch removal services. After about 3 days of work when I came to pick it up I almost didn't recognize it. They were able to make this old Corvette look absolutely beautiful. If your cars paint is starting to show some wear and tear I recommend a ceramic coating I should have done in a long time ago but better late than never. We had a water bottle spill on the passenger this summer and thought all was good. With the rain this week, the car smelled so awful! Definitely a damp mildew smell. Tim was super responsive and even gave us a quote on the way home. Now after ozone treatment and a very thorough shampoo there is no smell at all! We’re so glad to not be stinky car people anymore! Tim was great and treated our car with care and speediness. We also feel confident all the mildew was killed.

Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless.
